Why go to the trouble of making what for me is a mouse that revolutionized my capability and skill level in FPS games cause it actually fits my giganticv hand, but only for two god damn days. Why asus has not fired the jerk offs making their software at this point is beyond me. This mouse is the one i choose to use out of 37 gaming mice ive tried, edging out competitors because of the analog stick, however their software is as trash as any other. Ill be calling asus asking for a free chakram X since those apparently work properly and this s wholy unacceptable. I dont and wont ever trust firmware updates and dont ask me to fix what isnt broken, your trying to insert planned obsolences after the product has left your hand and those of us who are aware of what your doing are just very much sick and tired of it. I paid for it, i use it, i will decide what goes on it.

It seems pretty sneaky to try to force a firmware update on me when im happy with how the mouse is working.
My favorite part is that the software is so bloody bad they had to create an uninstall tool to remove it so you can reinstall it to get full functionality out of your very expensive mouse.īut wait theres more, the download for that 24mb uninstall tool downloads at about 30kb/s like its 1999.īut wait there is even Fing more, they want you to download a firmware update which in my experience is something you never do because it has 100% of the time rendered my item inferior or bricked.
